Pasquale Tomasso ‘s mother is Francesca Alonzo. His stepmother is Maddalena Alonzo. They were sisters.

The name Alonzo has Spanish and German origins, derived from the Visigothic name “Adalfuns,” which means “noble and ready” or “eager for nobility. It is a variant of the name Alfonso, which became popular in Spain and has roots in the region of León. Alonzo and Alonzi both appear in some documents.
