Pasquale and Angelina’s Children on Avery St.

Following the Italian naming traditions Pasquale name his son Angelo after his own Uncle Angelo who died as a infant in 1843. In addition it follows that his daughter Francesca aka Frances was named after his own mother, Francesca. Likewise Luigi aka Louis was named after his own brother Luigi (birth and death dates are unknown).

Obviously Christina aka Tina was named after Angelina’s own mother Cristina Bianchi. Michelina was named after her older sister Angela Michelina DiSarra. And Maria Nicola aka Marion was named after her other sister Maria Nicola DiSarra. Was Maria aka Mary named after Pasquale‘s aunt Maria Tomassi? Antoinetta is the only unknown connection.
